运动减肥对肥胖青少年身体形态、血液生化指标和心率的影响

摘要(Abstract):

对肥胖青少年进行中小强度、长时间的有氧运动减肥,比较运动减肥前后其身体形态指标、血液生化指标和心率的变化。结果显示:4周运动减肥后,肥胖青少年体重、体脂率、腰围、臀围等身体形态指标,空腹血糖、血脂、血胰岛素等血液生化指标及安静心率、定量负荷运动心率、运动后恢复心率均有所改善。提示:4周的有氧运动减肥可有效降低肥胖青少年肥胖程度,改善其身体形态、血液生化指标、安静和定量负荷后心率,对增进肥胖青少年的健康具有明显作用。
Obese adolescents were asked to take part in middle-or-low-intensity and long-time aerobic exercises for reducing their body weight,so as to make a comparison of the changes before and after body-weight-reducing exercise in their body morphology indices,hemo-biochemical indices and heart rate.The results indicate that after 4-week body-weight-reducing exercise,Obese adolescents' body morphology indices of body weight,percentage of body fat,waistline,hip circumference etc,hemo-biochemical indices of fasting blood glucose,blood lipid,blood insulin etc.and rest heart rate,the heart rate in fixed load exercise and recovery heart rate after exercise get improved to a certain extent.It prompted that 4-week body-weight-reducing exercise can effectively bring down the obese degree of obese adolescents,improve their body morphology,hemo-biochemical indices,heart rate at rest and after fixed load,which have an obvious effect on promoting obese adolescents' health.
